Pros
> Diversity and Inclusion is actively promoted by the company and there are a range of groups available to join (however I don't feel that the workforce itself necessarily reflected this). > Line managers usually very understanding of personal/health issues and do their best to accommodate. > A fairly good amount of camaraderie amongst collegues.
Cons
> Job is almost entirely focused on meeting targets, can often feel as though there is no chance to grow in the job due to this. > Said targets often hard to achieve due to declining readership and poor online interfaces. > HUGE disconnect between the senior management and employees - telling staff that redundancies are needed due to the 'salary burden need(ing) to be cut' whilst the CEO and CFO both earn Millions a year is extremely ignorant. > Due to the frequency of redundancies there is a lot of coming and going within the workforce, which creates a level of uncertainty amongst many employees. > Some middle level management come off as extremely arrogant and condescending, which can create an awkward and uncomfortable working atmosphere at times. > Pay at junior level is low - bonus is touted as part of your pay package but is rarely hit.
