      Can get away with doing very little.

      Cons

      Huge attrition crisis due to non-competitive salaries and benefits packages leading to low morale among those who've stayed. Significant brain drain.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
