      Lots of very cool and challenging work. Small teams are close knit and supportive. Teams are generally cooperative and friends. Diverse workload.

      Cons

      Upper management is tone deaf. Salary does not keep pace with industry. Culture and moral is deteriorating.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
