Horrible culture - Senior Credit Analyst Rayonier Advanced Materials Employee Review

The culture here is horrible, unless you like micromanagement. The culture is prison like, my coworker and I were told we were not allowed to speak to anyone during the day, not even so much as a hello. Every email we sent had to have our manager copied on it. In the accounting/finance department more than 50% of the employees have left in the past year because of the horrible management
