WFH, Good IT Assets. Work Culture use to be great.
Cons
inferiority complex, NA member word is final regardless of truth. Some policies or work pattern which complely makes you feel BPO culture. Most horrible decision of management to hire serior management from outside that too from Ed tech sales, banking/insurance sales. This has lead to too much micro-management zero help etc.
