Pros
I always felt I was very respected in regards to my personal life, as well as internal concerns. Pay was good for the area. Co-workers were fun and sassy, management seemed to care. Frequent catered lunches, and recreational company outings.
Cons
Your stress will come home with you. This is not a position where you finish up and tomorrow is a new day. It felt that whenever one hurdle was... hurdled...., 2 or 3 more popped up. The most frustrating part was that often it was out of my control. Some clients were downright nasty, and I often had to be the bearer of bad news for things beyond my control. I think I just personally do not posses the aptitude for that level of multi-tasking stress.
