      Pros

      There is not a single Pro I can think of.

      Cons

      Every dealership has favorites and caters to certain employees..usually two or three. This place has at least six on the sales floor and four in the BDC. As a new employee, experienced or not, you have little to no chance of making a buck.

      The money was decent if commissions were done properly

      Cons

      The management is trash. And I'm not talking about management in the BDC. I'm talking about management above the BDC. They also like to fire people for no good reason.
