      It was good place to gain more experience because you were responsible for taking on a lot of duties as opposed to bigger outfits where you become pigeon holed.

      Cons

      When you need responses back from management most of the time they are ignored which makes some decisions with work more difficult.

      Tons of holiday because they are strick Jewish

      Cons

      Only good thing about this company is a lot of holiday because they are Jewish. bad management. A lot of turnover. Yes they pay good but one day when you come back from vocation your manager can tell you today is your last day without any real reason!!! Nobody is willing to teach you something
