wow. where do I start.
Micromanagement, lack of trust, people get promoted if they are friends of the higher management, empty promises and big words that mean nothing. "we are great, we are innovative" etc. but it is all based on overpromising and delivering a product that no one really can verify how accurate it is.
Overall weird atmosphere of people being afraid to complain too loud because HR boss comes unexpectedly and fires you during lunch break so you don't even have a chance to say bye to your coworkers (not a joke, there was a season of witch-hunts). I've never seen before people crying in the office and I did at RP. Hardcoding, loads of manual work because it would give the results we want, not the results we produce. Frustrating work environment, especially for honest and hardworking people.
People get different treatment depending on whether HR likes you or not.
Only a few really hard working, knowledgeable people that are rolling this ball up the hill.
