Ravelin is an incredibly enjoyable place to work. - Culture is a huge positive, and I feel like everyone is respected and valued. Work life balance is prioritised and the happiness of people's lives seem genuinely important to management. - Benefits are good, and the company listens to feedback on these regularly. - The product and people behind it is really strong, which is motivating

Sometimes having a super positive culture means it's a bit challenging to have some of the difficult / feedback focussed conversations that naturally form part of work.
