      - Great culture, led by a team of founders that clearly put a lot of focus into making Ravelin an enjoyable place to work - Everyone's very friendly, zero politics, and everyone even up to the CEO is a nice person - Good benefits, relaxed environment, pay above market rate, fun socials - A good mission & purpose, and a great product

      Cons

      Despite all the many coffee options available, some people still drink instant.

      Pros

      I have recently joined the company and I can easily tell it has the best culture and working environment I have experienced. Everyone is not only really nice, they are good at what they are doing. From the interview process to the onboarding everything was very well thought and distinctively designed.

      Cons

      I haven't yet experienced any cons to mention. May be a better coffee machine for the office. :)
