Non-existent HR department. They mostly do what the management wants. No space for creativity to artists. Focus on delivery and not quality. Unmanageable, unreadable and untestable code in all projects. Project leads and Engineering managers don't have an IT background, most of them don't understand technical requirements. Terrible communication skills, and bad management in cases of underperforming colleagues. Unorganized development, design and delivery processes.
