Cons
Too much gossiping between the coworkers. There were times where I be blamed if the team were talking too much even if it was the second leader of my team doing all the talking and not working. But she didn't get in trouble because she was best friend with the main team leader. That was my last straw with this job. My coworkers would spy on me for no reason, I am not sure why. If you weren't religious enough, your coworkers wouldn't like you. I once was told that I was going to hell when the end of the world was going to happen. :) There were some nice people there, I won't lie. The higher ups were very friendly and professional. They put me in a team where they did not want to give me any opportunities. The main leader was forced to teach me how to assemble the products. They did not want to teach me anything about what the team would build yet except me to know everything about the product of the team. If you plan to work here just be careful.
