Toxic place to work. Racist; so will look down on your if your not white. Student Behaviour not great at all. Expected to work way more than paid. SLT are rude to TA’s/ LSA’s. SLT are bullies; some are particularly more- don’t fall for the fake smiley trap. Constant last min changes and unreasonable requests. I’ve seen a lot of people bullied out of their jobs here. Try to be supportive when it’s just a tactic to get rid of people. Some departments are more toxic than others.
