Nice place to work, honest, transparent and ethic, good and relaxed atmosphere, with a lot of flexibility and benefits. Real opportunities to grow and be promoted, real work-life balance.
Cons
Some dodgy managers and middle managers. Getting promoted is easier if you flatter someDirectors and never question and complain. Salary is not competitive at certain departments. Some people work as little as possible, some are collapsed.
