Thanks for taking time out to review our company. I am happy to see that you liked the technical acumen of your colleagues and also found our compensation better. Its also good to see that you appreciate the breadth of our company's knowledge across multiple domains.
You have not specified which part of our start up culture has changed - our quarterly meetings are still conducted the way they were conducted when we started, our hiring culture and values are unchanged and the quality and complexity of the work has improved with time. As any company grows, some transactional things evolve. Not because the DNA of the company has changed but primarily because of the change in scale of operations. We are very conscious of these changes and each and every one of them is discussed in the light of not changing the fundamental values of the company. If you see any instances about cut in hundred rupees of expense here and there then it is very likely because of the operational inefficiencies and not because we value the hundred bucks more than our employees.
