Poor management. They are illiterate, selfish, self centered people who does not how to run a company. They are cheats and big liars spoiling employee's career for their own benefit. While hiring they make lot of promise s and fire them in few months time. Management is fighting among themselves. Looks like company will be divided into two parts. They might rename Rare Mile to some other name and continue to spoil individual's life. Please be aware! Do not fall in their trap.Those who are still working in this company try and find a better opportunity immediately. If you stay back your life will be hell.
