      Pros

      Very challenging, you can learn a lot from a wide variety of topics and develop many skillsets.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is terrible, culture is aggressive and extremely demanding. They expect you to be connected 24/7. Monetary compensation is not proportional to the amount of work they expect you to do. Business is highly disorganized and communication is sometimes inefficient. Poor benefits as well compared to what other companies offer.
