STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shady business tactics . Before working for this company i did some research on reviews about rapid line inc on indeed(must read) and google and i wish i would have listened because this is the worst company i have ever worked for. All the bad things in previous reviews were correct. i came into this company highly experienced and have worked with very professional employers, let me tell you that this company is not it.
1. The pay is not what is advertised, when you go in for an interview they will try and act like the pay in the job ad isn't correct and is supposed to be lower so a 20/hour listing might be actually 17/hr.
2.Management is toxic, passive, or passive aggressive and they only look out for each other. They stand there arms crossed with a mean mug on their face watching people struggle or fail and not help them. They have swept numerous incidents under the rug, to make sure it falls on some one below them instead of themselves.
3.Frequently hire people that have little to no experience, don't speak English, or people who have severe criminal records ( sex offenders on the sex registry) and tell you that its your responsibility to communicate with them with a translator yet they don't have to the same as you.
4.I have had over 8 instances of serious aggression towards me, instances that make me not want to come to work because i don't feel safe and when i report it to my supervisor he does nothing to remedy it and it continues on. I even tried to get the plant manager involved but all the supervisors are protecting each other. Unfortunately resulting to contacting outside agencies to get involved.
5. Their insurance is so bad i almost opted out completely but due to how unsafe the job was i kept it to protect me there.
6. I made more starting there than most people there that had been working for 10, 20+ years. They dont listen to or take care of people who have given their life to that company and its sad.
7. They have no set specifics on getting raises or bonuses. Most people havent had raises in multiple years when asked.
I could keep listing more reasons but ive wasted enough time on a company who doesnt care about its employees. Please do you self a favor by doing research about this company, read the reviews, (believe what they write)otherwise you will see for yourself and regret it like i did.
