Pros
The company meetings are cool, the rest is bad
Cons
The company presents itself as a top American company, but in reality the internal culture and management style feel very different. Most of the team appears to be based in Eastern Europe, while the company uses its U.S. registration and sales image for branding.
In my experience, the company does not show enough care for employees as people. Salaries are very low compared to expectations and workload, and instead of addressing this fairly, management seems to rely on HR to justify why employees should accept poor compensation and limited growth.
There are also questionable internal practices and a general lack of transparency, which creates a stressful and unhealthy work environment. The company may look good from the outside, but internally it feels disorganized, unfair, and not employee-focused.
