It’s a growing consulting company, so you have to be comfortable with change and wearing a lot of hats. I liked having the freedom to solve problems and contribute instead of following a rigid playbook. It’s probably not for everyone, but if you’re self motivated and enjoy a startup like culture, you’ll get a lot out of it. Team is also very supportive.
