Full time management receive a very heathly product allowance and some even travel to US Headquarters in Bentonville for team building summits. Lots of incentives to keep you on your bike, and industry discounts you could only dream of accessing
Cons
UK Leadership looks down upon retail workers (culturally) and do not value the people who build their businesses. The pay is very low, and you bascially need to be independently wealthy or have a side gig to afford to work on staff in a tier 1 city.
