      Cafe was an afterthought and felt very little support or potential for growth, Negative view towards employees who wanted to take their full breaks, Expected to do managerial tasks as non-manager

      Low traffic cafe, so there's a lot of down time if you're into that

      Cons

      management is poor. They should learn not to fuss over every little thing. Might save them a few inches on their hairline.
