Great team and opportunity but tough work/life balance - Content Coordinator RapTV Employee Review

My time at RapTV has been extremely impactful for my career. The fast-paced work environment keeps every day interesting and beneficial. The team is extremely fun to work with, as everyone brings different perspectives and is driven to positively impact the audience.

There are not many downsides. The team is lean, so you have to wear a lot of hats. I view this as a pro since it means more opportunities to grow and learn, but for some, it can be considered a con.

The product and industry is lit.

Leadership is extremely young, it shows. There are meetings and all hands just to have them, there is frat boy culture within leadership. The overall culture is to micro-manage, don’t get an illness or call out sick either, they’ll contact you for info.
