      Zero micro managing, high salary, free lunch and coffee and international travel.

      Cons

      Nothing. But if you prefer to work in an office this is not a place for you.

      Pros

      Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

      Cons

      Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
