Pros

Some people are nice- a lot won’t talk to you because they know you won’t last

Cons

There are so many things I want to say, I’ll give point form: - lie about OTE. No way anyone can reach that (I know because I had access to their internal metrics accidentally) - the whole company consists of like 10 ppl and they paint a picture of this huge corp - a total of 5 people were hired within a span of 5 months. I person got fired 1m20day in, 2nd 1m, 3rd less then in month and me 5m. One poor soul is still there. - they promised warm leads- no leads just old leads form and 2023 and you are expected to call them 5 times a day and leave non stop VMs. Kept most of the new leads for themselves - no real basic training. I had to learn everything off of YouTube. More of a listen and learn and DONT WRITE NOTES. - made a big show of the empty sales board but gave no tools or making sales (I’m have 10+ experience of sales and an actual company) - explicitly told every to use a different door because they don’t want us to talk to anyone else there - told me when the new hire started to not talk to them. Wants a ‘special’ work culture. -wouldn’t know any past customer reports- gaslighting non stop. I had to pitch things I didn’t believe in because they refused to show metrics: I explicitly asked and he gaslight. Felt like I was working for a fraud callcenter. -I worked there for 5 months and never had access to any sort report or proof that they even had customers. I feel bad for the ppl who sign up. Ohhh run! Do not leave a secure job for this. I see them hiring on LinkedIn- don’t fall for their job description, it’s total lie! No company culture and no job stability.

Pros

RankWorks is a true performance-based environment. As a BDR, the path to hitting quota is very clear if you put in the work. The leads are there, expectations are defined, and management focuses heavily on activity and results. If you’re disciplined, coachable, and willing to grind, you can stay on target and grow your skills quickly. It’s a solid place to learn outbound, pipeline management, and how to consistently hit numbers.

Cons

This is not a place to coast. If you don’t put in the effort or consistently perform, it becomes obvious fast, and people who don’t work tend to leave. The pressure to hit quota is real, and the role can feel intense if you’re not comfortable in a high-accountability sales environment.

Pros

Free and easy parking, that’s pretty much it.

Cons

- A dead end job - False promises - Poor leadership with no direction - It's a call center job not a Account Manager position
