The people/colleagues Flex work (to a degree) Opportunity to get involved if you put yourself forward (projects etc)
Cons
Still very much lacking in maturity for such a sizeable business. So much chopping and changing to leadership structure and management especially CSuite and HR teams which over time has allowed little consistency. Constant stop start to projects (any much needed change), to enable business to successfully move forward. Work to do still.
