      Pros

      Competitive base salary and bonus. Global company with potential growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Metric driven- very micro-managed. Not a great company culture- no team outings, holiday parties, etc. Only major holidays off- have to work a full day on Christmas eve and New Years eve. No internal employee appreciation.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
