      Pros

      This was a good opportunity to get some experience and knowledge with the position and experience working for a very large company.

      Cons

      Even though you have a 3 year contract, if the company you are working at changes direction, you are gone. My recruiter was very attentive and helpful while I was employed but didn't respond after my contract was terminated.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
