Everything is a challenge. They take advantage of Visa issues. They threaten to work for less salaries after joining the Company saying "We might have to let you go unless you accept this offer". No proper response to issues or concerns related to pay or any other issues as a matter of fact. Completely Unprofessional attitude. Neither they stand by their words nor they have complete knowledge about their work.
