Flexible Aggressive bonus structure that is realistic to achieve Achievable metrics goals Great training program for those that have had no experience in staffing
Cons
Micromanaged to the point it is difficult to do our job Upper management is not on the same page - everybody has a different vision/direction Turnover has increased due to burn out
