-continuous training and support from upper level managment -all directors in our office are recruiting with us day to day so they understand the frustrations of the job and celebrate the successes with us -flexibility -very team oriented - the most hands on upper management that you can find- everyone, including the president of the company, will know your name and is not only available to help you succeed, but wants to be a part of your success.
Cons
-like all sales jobs it never ends so the success today is great, but you will have to quickly focus on how to make tomorrow just as successful
