Pros
I would never suggest working for Randstad, working for them was an overall terrible experience. I wasted my time filling out a form stating what hours I was available and the lowest pay rate I would accept as well as how much I would like to make. I also expected them to protect my interest not just the interest of their client since obviously temporary employees are disposable.
Cons
I was sent on an assignment that ultimately paid less than I said I would work for. The hours were not what I was originally told and there was madatory overtime on days that I could not work. I was not provided with appropriate working conditions by the client, ie working off of the edge of someone elses desk. To top it off I wasn't paid all the monies owed to me on my last check.
