      Cons

      We tend to hire junior level or entry level people and like to mold them into our fit. We need to have a better balance of hiring seasoned and unseasoned people.

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
