Minimal recruiting resources for those who are not the favorites, particularly no access to job boards aside from Monster which is horrible for a top staffing firm
Every job you recruit on is assigned to Recruiters from above and it's corrupt, too much room for favoritism. Account Managers do not have to earn their coverage anymore.
There is a organization within Randstad called the NSO that takes over every successful account and the company has lost their mid market business do to reallocation of all the top producers (recruitment teams and Account Managers) into the NSO or what the NSO managers call "growth." They absorb to make their numbers look good. They are led by manipulative bureaucrats that manipulate the system to fill their own pockets and cut off any internal competition either by pushing them out of the company or absorbing them into their group so they have control
-Recruitment reporting under BPE strategy is a mess. There are recruiters from different offices recruiting jobs that are located all over the country and reporting into other managers that are not local to them. The strategy doesn't make any sense but it benefits a select few because they have made it so complicated and they take care of each other
-Back end/billing and commission is a disaster. Constant commission issues, lazy team down in Florida that doesn't care about your pay check
-People who are in charge of our National Strategic Accounts are terrible negotiators. We were constantly being subject to higher discounts and the employees/recruiters get shafted and have to eat it.
-Turning into a Robert Half environment very fast.
