Pros
Good experience for graduates and those that are provided the opportunity to travel for a minimum amount of time.
Cons
1. It is who you know, not what you know that gets success at Randox. 2. If certain Senior Managers take a dislike to you it becomes personal not professional 3. Severe lack of product knowledge in the majority of sales teams 4. Let go of a lot of knowledgeable and experienced people over the years, mainly due to them being more knowledgeable than their managers or exposing their ineptness 5.. Totally paranoid senior management team 6. Micro management taken too far 7. Far to many meetings about meetings 8. More concerned about fancy presentations than the actual substance of what is going on at ground level in the various departments. 9. If someone steps out of line, all get tarred with the same brush. 10. Some get sick pay, some don't 11. No pay or pay rise structure 12. A wandering senior manager who can disappear for months, no doubt still being paid quite well. 13. Putting staff members into management positions, with a sever lack of product knowledge or management skills 14.. A company run on the blame game, more concerned about finding out who caused a problem/mistake as to how can this be rectified. 15. .Reliant too much on money from the government. 16..Keep reintroducing Biochip technology that is nearly 20 years old as now as new. 17. They cannot sit still on their management,/product group teams, always changing and therefore confusing staff and customers
