This not a place to build a career. Leadership at the top are self-serving, out of touch, and treat people as disposable. There is almost no diversity. A few women but the senior leadership is mostly older white men. The environment is toxic . Managers don't care what employees think and expect you to just do what you're told. Expect to be humiliated buy the senior leader in meetings and don't expect and support from anyone else because they're all just trying not to get yelled at or fired.
