High work load to keep busy

hard to find good machinists to come to the company

various jobs , good co workers. Pay was good till they downsized to minimum wage.

you get a good routine down and they take it away, no raises after probation period, too many chiefs, not enough indians. Its an all management shop now, the actual worker is useless. New management screwed everything up for a nicely tight run outfit in years past. Total lack of respect.
