      Pros

      Working at RampUp is an incredible experience! The team has made me feel included and valuable. Company leadership takes a daily interest in supporting each of their team members with their personal and professional goals. The team is hardworking and competitive while still maintaining humility and openness. I'm genuinely excited to go to work everyday and I plan to stay with this company for the foreseeable future!

      Cons

      Every employee is encouraged to own their process and programs. This environment won't work well for someone who likes handholding or classic hierarchy structures.

      Pros

      An autonomous work environment with a team that really is like an incredible family. The environement is the most collaborative that I've ever seen. Everyone supports one another, has a great time together and strives for success every day.

      Cons

      You are expected to lead yourself and make an impact every single day. You have to have a strong understanding of your objectives and design your day around accomplishing them. If you're not a self-starter, you'll get left behind.
