Before I started work, my contract conditions were changed two days before I signed it (my salary was lowered and my position demoted) - I agreed to these conditions, being in a difficult financial situation, even though the previous conditions were much more favourable.
At work, they argue how much they care about the employee, their development, wellbeing and family atmosphere. In practice, after less than 5 months of work, I and 30% of the company's employees were dismissed, without any warning - many people in a very bad financial situation got into trouble because of the irresponsible business decision.
The company doesn't care about the employee, if they have a poor financial turnover they will sack you unscrupulously and only leave those they know well in post. So if someone cares about a stable job then I categorically advise against it, it is better to have a CV on standby because you can be fired at any time.
