Useless and incompetent management - Anonymous employee Rambus Employee Review

Full of incompetent managers and useless HR. Toxic and non-cooperative environment. Currently quantity of employees is focus instead of quality. People in management are just passing time to have safe retirement . Don't have any vision, full of politics and hierarchy of useless and incompetent managers and they are staying in Rambus as they know their strengths are bootlicking and politics. All competent engineers have already left the company. Only incompetent people are remaining.
