There are a few young and very brilliant employees. The new President seems like a good guy too but has no power under the CEO and never will.
Cons
Do not trust a single positive review! Ram has an entire team dedicated to its social media image! I don't normally leave reviews but when I came across these positive ones, people looking at employment here deserve the truth!! This company has zero respect for its employees and is run by a kid. If you bother to interview, be sure to ask about turnover. The number of people that have left, including several principals, and the number of people I saw fired over the last three years is staggering and alarming. This company wants so badly to be a big fish but spends money recklessly on its own ivory tower and underplays its entire staff.
