Ram Air Engineering's founder and president, Mark Moore, hired me to design and implement an online organic marketing campaign. At first they use to be a ethical company. They believed in integrity, reputation and doing things right. The owner has no management skills nor backbone, so I guess if you are the type of person looking for a free ride and a steady income (including car allowance and gas card) without having to work for it; this company is for you. Expect to get about 3 years of employment for doing nothing before being let go. And if you are rude to fellow employees or customers, that's ok too.

Ethics, morals and a simple understanding of the law and customer service by upper management does not exist. Company has gone from a stellar reputation and instead turned to greed..... If you stand up and point out their errors, you WILL be retaliated against.
