      Pros

      Company offers fair salaries and benefits along with a good work / life balance.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Management is more concerned with their bottom line and not employee development. Management gets changed in IT more frequently than the furnace filter in your house. Directions change to meet new managements "expertise" with no reason given otherwise. Upper management has no clue what is going on below their ranks.
