      Pros

      Fun and creative department, working in the food industry is rewarding and interesting, the company does a lot of community giving, the offices are modern and the location is cool.

      Cons

      Our department was continually made smaller by laying off or firing employees until it was a skeleton crew working crazy hours even though the company was growing and acquiring new brands. Doesn’t make you feel appreciated. Leadership is conservative and sometimes tone deaf.
