      Poor quality of upper management starting at the chief. Multiple promotions based upon Dei and not merit or qualifications. Many SGT’s and above only protect those above those those below.

      Working for the Raleigh Police Department is a very rewarding experience. The department provides a strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and support among officers and staff. there are many opportunities for training, advancement, and learning new skills throughout an amazing career.

      There is not much to say bad about a place where working is more like a family reunion every day.
