Benefits are amazing and super cheap, supervisors and HR are willing to be flexible with you, able to move up in company, patients are typically great - managers are always willing to step in when needed.
Cons
Sometimes patients are not the best people to you, constant position overturn (not every department has a constant steady staff), moving people around departments a lot
