      Pros

      There are a lot of fringe benefits including catered lunches and company supplied snacks. The atmosphere is laid back and pretty casual. Working hard here pays off! Upward mobility is offered to employees that strive for that.

      Cons

      It can take time for promotions to happen, however, there really are no cons that I can think of.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
