Byzantine attitude towards remote work.
Operations operates like a separate company reporting to a manager that has no flexibility. As a result, working with operations is difficult, painful and inefficient for the company.
Very crowded and noisy office. Hard to actually get work done.
The traffic getting in and out of Palo Alto is absolutely horrendous.
No parking near office. Must park on residential streets a mile away.
Management doesn't seem to see the benefit of investing in infrastructure.
