      People are very helpful and nice. Office is very modern

      Cons

      They recently combined two companies together with similar kind of business and different ways of working. They try to merge their work style and become one company at the end but it creates very difficulties and every department is overloaded because of it.

      - development budget - cool office

      Cons

      - you will not be onboarded properly - even if your position is in English, everybody will prefer to speak in german, some of the colleagues simply can't speak english - poor communication process between colleagues and stakeholders
